Tylers Fabrics knows the importance of having what you ordered as soon as possible and we pride ourselves on having a fast order turnaround and delivery times. After placing your order with us we aim to have your order dispatched within one business day of receiving payment. Our daily cut off for dispatch is 1pm Melbourne time. If your order and payment is received before this time it should be shipped on the same day (subject to stock availability). If your order is urgent, however, please follow up your order with a phone call to advise our staff that your order has been placed and that you need it urgently.

International shipping: We do not offer International shipping via this website, however if you wish to order fabrics and have them sent to you overseas, please contact the retail team to discuss your order and the cost of shipping. Costs vary depending on the size of the order and the destination country.

INFORMATION FOR AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS
All orders shipped within Australia are delivered by Australia Post. We use signature required express post to provide a secure and fast delivery method, along with ability to track the item. When your order is processed the tracking number will be emailed to you for your reference. If you are not home during business hours we recommend that you get the parcel sent to you at work. If delivery is attempted but no-one is home then Australia Post will leave a card asking you to collect your parcel from your local post office.

Once the weight and volume of your order has been calculated, the cost of international shipping using DHL will be calculated to give you a total cost for your order. (Costs vary depending on the size of the order and the destination country). The staff member in charge of your order will them process your payment. Please discuss the payment options open to you. NOTE: all goods are subject to local duties and taxes outside Australia, Tylers Fabrics cannot include these into the bill of sale.
Colours shown on the screen are as accurate to the real product as possible, however will never be exact. Depending on your monitor settings, small differences in colour may occur. Tylers Fabrics cannot be held liable for any colour variations.
Please choose carefully as cut fabrics are not refundable. Goods that you have received damaged will be replaced. When returning goods, customers need to contact us within 5 working days. Goods returned for exchange or replacement must be accompanied by the original receipt, a description of the damage, and the customer’s shipping address, email address and telephone number.
